Food Services Coordinator

The Big Train is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to serve as Food Services Coordinator for the 2025 season.
Key Responsibilities:- Inventory Management: Work with the GM and AGM to establish an inventory and par system for concession items, providing regular reports to ensure efficient operations.
- Concession Stand Operations: Collaborate with the GM and AGM to ensure all concession items are accurately entered into the POS system, train staff on its use, and supervise F&B interns/staff on game nights.
- Picnic Coordination: Work closely with the Picnic Coordinator to ensure all necessary food is prepared and provided in a timely fashion.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise F&B interns/staff in the concession stand to ensure a great guest experience, with a focus on timely food preparation and minimal wait times.
- Staff Scheduling: Work with the GM and AGM to create a weekly staff schedule, ensuring adequate coverage for home games.
- Concession Stand Maintenance: Ensure the concession stand is cleaned and ready for the next home game, and that all concessions and picnic equipment are properly stored at the end of the season.
- Seasonal Report: Prepare a comprehensive report summarizing information about the 2025 picnics and concessions, including revenue and expenditures, and provide recommendations for improving the food and drink experience.
- Food Safety: Pass a Food Safe exam, which will be paid for by the Big Train once passed.
