Network Administration Specialist

At Ole, we're seeking a skilled Network Administration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you'll be responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing network architecture to meet business needs
- Configuring and managing network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitoring network performance and identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborating with the MIS team to ensure seamless integration with other systems
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in network administration
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
- Experience with Cisco network equipment and software
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
