At Ole, we're seeking a skilled Network Administration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you'll be responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing network architecture to meet business needs
  • Configuring and managing network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Monitoring network performance and identifying areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with the MIS team to ensure seamless integration with other systems
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in network administration
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
  • Experience with Cisco network equipment and software
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
