About the Role

We are seeking an HSE/DOT Field Specialist to join our team and help us bring AI to supply chains in the world's largest companies. As a key member of our team, you will foster relationships with drivers and small trucking businesses to ensure unparalleled safety measures within the trucking industry. You will work closely with our HSE/DOT Field Manager to set a new safety standard and exceptional experience for drivers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to HSE and DOT.
  • Ensure driver compliance with routes and regional requirements.
  • Conduct on-scene accident and incident investigations.
  • Assist with field driver training.
  • Assist with HSE/DOT incident reporting.
  • Complete maintenance and equipment inspections in the field.
Requirements
  • Good working knowledge of HSE and DOT regulations.
  • Ability to travel 100% into the field - company or leased vehicle provided.
  • Ability to work successfully with minimal oversight.
  • Excellent process development and management skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Highly developed problem-solving, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
  • Maintain a willingness to be on call to field accident/incident reports.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in all projects and an ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as necessary.
Experience Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of Commercial Motor Vehicle safety, Oil/Gas Field, or related experience.
  • Certifications recommended, but not required: PEC/Safeland Instructor, H2S Instructor, First Aid/CPR.
  • OSHA 10-hour training.
  • Bi-lingual beneficial.
