About the Role

Parker Wellbore is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Field Manager to join our team in the US Land operations. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing policies and procedures to ensure a safe, secure, and environmentally responsible workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement HSE Policies and Procedures
    • Establish and maintain a comprehensive HSE management system to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to minimize the organization's environmental impact and promote a culture of safety and sustainability.
  • Conduct Risk Assessments and Audits
    • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
    • Investigate incidents and accidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Provide HSE Training and Awareness
    • Develop and deliver HSE training programs to ensure employees are aware of their roles and responsibilities in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
    • Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HSE matters.
  • Compliance and Reporting
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable HSSE laws, regulations, and standards.
    • Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory bodies.
Requirements
  • Education and Certifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Experience and Skills
    • Minimum of six years of experience in a similar HSSE role.
    • Strong knowledge of HSSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights.
