Job Summary:

Sun Tan City is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Salon Director to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving store performance, fostering superior client service, and maintaining operational excellence to meet or exceed established productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise Tanning Consultants to achieve company goals
  • Lead by example in all company operations, including creating a client-centric experience and meeting personal sales expectations
  • Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve Team Members' daily performance
  • Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with other Salon Director functions
  • Maintain proper staffing levels to ensure maximum productivity and excellent customer service while controlling labor costs

Requirements:

  • Management and/or Sales experience required
  • Basic Computer skills (ability to use Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple situations simultaneously
  • Problem-solving and organizational/planning skills
  • Team building skills
  • Ability to bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment
