About the Role:
We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at CommonSpirit Health. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for handling complex billing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Billing and Customer Support: Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to billing-related inquiries from clinic staff in a timely and professional manner.
- Issue Resolution: Utilize your analytical skills to identify and research complex issues, applying problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve them within the scope of your authority.
- Documentation and Confidentiality: Maintain accurate records of activities and findings, ensuring confidentiality of medical records.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of healthcare concepts, insurance follow-up processes, and basic medical terminology.
- Experience: 2+ years of revenue cycle or related work experience preferred.
Salary Range:
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits package that includes health/dental/vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, paid time off, and tuition assistance.
