Job Description

Bond Consultants Group is seeking a qualified Administrative Assistant to support our Quality Department. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing records and documents, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Quality Department, including data entry, record-keeping, and document management.
  • Manage the gage control/calibration system and track supplies, gages, and instruments.
  • Assist in the preparation of PPAP documentation, manufacturing drawings, and department-specific check sheets.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Asst. Quality and Plant Managers.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field (quality, administration, or a related field).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Detailed-oriented and possess excellent active-listening and critical-thinking abilities.

Estimated Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 per annum.
