Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Care Administrator to join our team at Medical Personnel Services. Key Responsibilities
  • Medical Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring proper documentation and confidentiality.
  • Referral Coordination: Coordinate referrals to specialists or other healthcare providers as needed, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Billing and Insurance Verification: Verify insurance benefits, obtain pre-authorizations for procedures, and manage patient billing inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills: Manage multiple tasks and patient schedules efficiently, prioritizing tasks and working under pressure when needed.
