Job Title: Senior Fleet Mechanic

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Hassan & Sons Inc. This is a critical role that requires someone with exceptional leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the maintenance of our fleet of trucks, including trucks and trailers. This includes performing annual, quarterly, monthly, and ad hoc mechanical repairs and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have experience with industry-specific software, such as Kenworth Trucktech+, Peterbilt SmartLINQ, Cummins INSITE, PACCAR Davie4, Motive, JPro, and intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the maintenance of our fleet of trucks, including trucks and trailers
  • Perform annual, quarterly, monthly, and ad hoc mechanical repairs and maintenance
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules
  • Maintain vehicle information and inspection records
  • Analyze fleet performance data and improve accordingly

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
