Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Floor Maintenance Specialist to join our team at ABM. In this role, you will be responsible for performing floor maintenance on designated areas in various buildings and facilities.

Pay Range: $21.50 per hour. A specific offer will vary based on the applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Schedule: Sunday 4 pm-12:30 am, Monday-Thursday 6 pm-2:30 am

Essential Duties:

  • Perform basic floor care tasks including sweeping, wiping, dusting, and mopping.
  • Ability to perform experienced stripping and waxing, auto scrubbing, polishing, and buffing procedures.
  • Other tasks to be done but not limited to:
    • Providing customer service when needed.
    • Carpet care including shampooing and extraction.
    • Restroom scrubbing.
    • Disinfecting.
    • Trash/Recycling.
    • Stone care knowledge.
    • Restroom Cleaning.
    • Detail cleaning.
    • Pressure washing.
    • Additional Duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • 6 months of previous floor care experience.
  • Reliable transportation and willing to drive if necessary.
  • Ability to take direction from Lead/Supervisor.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Ability to work in secure environments.
