JOB DESCRIPTION

Raising Cane's is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our new restaurant. Join a company recognized for its exceptional workplace culture, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits. As an AGM, you will be instrumental in upholding Raising Cane's esteemed standards for both team members and patrons.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operations Leadership: Oversee daily operations; foster open communication; identify improvement opportunities; manage restaurant activities; ensure cleanliness; drive performance metrics.
  • Business Oversight: Assist the General Manager in cost management; troubleshoot and resolve operational issues; monitor expenditures; create effective schedules; aid in business planning.
  • Team Development: Maintain a high-quality team roster; train and nurture staff; conduct new team member orientations; support ongoing professional growth.
  • Project Collaboration: Understand and promote company initiatives; collaborate on program implementations; assist in executing local marketing strategies.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Proficient in technology systems, particularly Microsoft Office.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items; kneel, bend, ascend or descend stairs; reach and grasp objects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and empower team members.
  • Alignment with Raising Cane's culture through dedication and enjoyment.
  • Strong skills in task management, operations, problem-solving, and goal-setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of labor regulations and staffing management.
  • Experience in restaurant or retail management is preferred.
