Job Title: Assistant General Manager

Join the Mina Group team as an Assistant General Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, inventory, and finances.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Collaborate with the management team to create a positive and productive work environment, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or Culinary degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests, staff, and business partners.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience with accounting software, POS systems, and payroll/HRIS systems.
