Corporate Catering Lead

Circles is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Hospitality Lead to join our team. As the primary liaison for our Food and Hospitality Program, you will be responsible for managing daily lunch orders, overseeing pantry support, and ensuring the seamless execution of our coffee, fresh fruit, and beverage programs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily lunch ordering technology and partner network, ensuring proper set-up and delivery.
- Select and manage platform partners based on availability and employee feedback.
- Address and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring a seamless experience for employees and clients.
- Oversee daily stocking, inventory management, and ordering for pantry items, ensuring consistent availability of supplies.
- Manage the coffee program, ensuring equipment is maintained and stocked with fresh coffee supplies.
- Maintain the fresh fruit and beverage program, ensuring items are always fresh and available for employees.
- Coordinate and manage catering for meetings and events, ensuring all details are handled to meet client and employee expectations.
- Support the planning and execution of pop-up employee engagement events, including company milestones, holidays, and celebrations.
- Capture user sentiment and feedback, share insights with the team, and implement improvements to enhance the food and hospitality program.
- Follow and improve processes to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
- Manage onsite employee(s) ensuring they meet and exceed their quality and productivity standards.
- Maintain open and effective communication channels with employee(s), providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
- Capture, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for enhancement.
- Ensure all processes and procedures are adhered to, maintaining a high standard of service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with employee(s) to ensure alignment and consistency in service provision.
- Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and resources to support ongoing employee development.
- Mentor and coach employee(s) to enhance their skills and performance.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach, delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in hospitality, with a strong understanding of food service and corporate catering.
- At least 3 years of experience in a corporate setting, with the ability to be both customer and client-facing.
- Preferred experience in food service, corporate catering, or a similar role.
- Comfortable analyzing data and understanding trends to make informed decisions.
- Experienced in planning and executing both small- and large-scale events
