Position Summary:
As a Hospitality Operations Supervisor, you will serve as the main point of contact for our Food and Hospitality Program. Your responsibilities will include managing daily lunch orders through our ordering technology and partner network, ensuring proper setup upon delivery. You will oversee pantry support, manage inventory and ordering processes, and ensure the smooth operation of our coffee, fresh fruit, and beverage services. Additionally, you will assist with catering for meetings and events, as well as organizing pop-up employee engagement activities, such as company celebrations and milestones.

The Hospitality Operations Supervisor will manage the daily activities of onsite personnel, focusing on delivering high-quality interactions while meeting productivity goals. You will be responsible for planning and executing daily operational needs, setting priorities, and addressing staffing requirements, all while maintaining professionalism with both internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a proactive individual with a robust hospitality background, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for enhancing employee experiences.

This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule, full-time (40 hours per week). No nights or weekends required.

Compensation is hourly, ranging from $27 to $28 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for daily lunch ordering technology and partner network, ensuring proper setup for lunch deliveries.
  • Manage the selection of platform partners based on availability and employee feedback.
  • Address and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring a seamless experience for employees and clients.
  • Oversee daily stocking, inventory management, and ordering for pantry items, ensuring consistent availability of supplies.
  • Manage the coffee program, ensuring equipment is maintained and stocked with fresh coffee supplies.
  • Maintain the fresh fruit and beverage program, ensuring items are always fresh and available for employees.
  • Coordinate and manage catering for meetings and events, ensuring all details are handled to meet client and employee expectations.
  • Support the planning and execution of pop-up employee engagement events, including company milestones, holidays, and celebrations.
  • Capture user sentiment and feedback, share insights with the team, and implement improvements to enhance the food and hospitality program.
  • Follow and improve processes to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage onsite personnel, ensuring they meet and exceed quality and productivity standards.
  • Maintain open and effective communication channels with employees, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
  • Capture, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for enhancement.
  • Ensure adherence to all processes and procedures, maintaining a high standard of service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with employees to ensure alignment and consistency in service provision.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and resources to support ongoing employee development.
  • Mentor and coach employees to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Maintain a customer-focused approach, delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, or a related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in hospitality, with a strong understanding of food service and corporate catering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a corporate setting, with the ability to be both customer and client-facing.
  • Preferred experience in food service, corporate catering, or a similar role.
  • Comfortable analyzing data and understanding trends to make informed decisions.
  • Experienced in planning and executing both small- and large-scale events.
