Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily lunch ordering technology and partner network, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of meals to employees.
  • Oversee the selection of platform partners based on availability and employee feedback, ensuring a high-quality dining experience.
  • Address and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring a seamless experience for employees and clients.
  • Manage daily stocking, inventory management, and ordering for pantry items, ensuring consistent availability of supplies.
  • Coordinate and manage catering for meetings and events, ensuring all details are handled to meet client and employee expectations.
  • Support the planning and execution of pop-up employee engagement events, including company milestones, holidays, and celebrations.
  • Capture user sentiment and feedback, share insights with the team, and implement improvements to enhance the food and hospitality program.
  • Follow and improve processes to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, or a related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in hospitality, with a strong understanding of food service and corporate catering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a corporate setting, with the ability to be both customer and client-facing.
  • Preferred experience in food service, corporate catering, or a similar role.
  • Comfortable analyzing data and understanding trends to make informed decisions.
  • Experienced in planning and executing both small- and large-scale events

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
