About the Role: As a Senior ServiceNow Developer Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex ServiceNow solutions for our clients. Your expertise in ServiceNow will enable us to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of complex ServiceNow solutions, leveraging your expertise in ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Maintain and enhance core application features, including Service Catalog, Service Portal, Incidents, Knowledge Base, Management, Project & Portfolio, and Reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our solutions.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, providing expert advice and guidance on ServiceNow implementation strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex ServiceNow solutions in large-scale environments.
  • Expertise in Service Catalog, Request Fulfillment workflow development, UI Policy development, and administering a ServiceNow instance.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Story/Defect management.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Salary Range: $140,000 - $160,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
