Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in a corporate environment or public accounting firm.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software such as QuickBooks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities and capability to meet deadlines.

Work Schedule:
- 1st Shift: Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM

Compensation:
- Salary range: $30,000 - $60,000 per year

Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant:

  • Accurately record daily financial transactions.
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations for general ledger balance sheet accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and manage fixed asset schedules.
  • Analyze financial data to aid in forecasting future revenues and expenses.
  • Perform additional accounts receivable and payable tasks as required.
