Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
Job Description
As an Insurance Relationship Developer, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services. You will establish strong customer relationships and provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Additionally, you will work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals and maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to adapt to changing situations, and a customer-focused approach. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
