Job Description

As a Community Support Coordinator, you will provide access to senior services at community care network sites and virtually, screen clients for benefits and services, coordinate with social service teams, and more.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide support services to older adults and families;
  2. Develop and implement online virtual programming;
  3. Collaborate with social service teams to achieve shared goals;
  4. Offer supportive counseling and information referral as needed;
  5. Maintain accurate participant records and statistical reports;
  6. Participate in staff training and meetings;
  7. Recruit volunteers and develop partnerships with community groups.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have an associate's degree in human services or a related field, along with experience in a social service setting. A high school diploma with equivalent experience may also be considered.

Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of $48,000 - $50,000 per year and opportunities for professional growth and development.
