Job Title: Arcade Manager

Round One Entertainment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Arcade Manager to join our team at the Stonestown Galleria in San Francisco, CA.

Job Summary:

The Arcade Manager will be responsible for the overall management and operation of our arcade facilities, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and revenue growth. This includes supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train arcade staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient game operations.
  • Manage inventory levels, including game machines, tokens, and merchandise.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; two-year related experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive experience for customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 100lbs, and move quickly in a busy environment.
