Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our growing GTM team. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our CEO and founding Account Executive to drive sales growth and shape the direction of our product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Experiment with new outbound motions and collaborate with Marketing and Business Operations counterparts on campaign ideas.
  • Proactively engage with Growth trial customers to understand their use cases and set them up for success.
  • Partner with the CEO on Enterprise pricing and packaging deals.
  • Share product recommendations to close large deals.
  • Leverage product metrics to understand adoption signals and up-sell opportunities.
  • Build repeatable playbooks across target personas.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of sales experience.
  • Experience in a fast-growing startup, preferably with 0 to 1 team build and $1m to $50m ARR growth.
  • Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) motions.
  • Comfort with data and ability to analyze signals for account targeting.
  • Innate sense of urgency.

Compensation Range

$150K - $250K
