We are currently recruiting for an experienced Ambulatory Care Specialist to join our team at Kinetix.

About the Position:

  • In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct and telephone nursing care to patients, including health teaching, patient advocacy, and supervision of care given by others.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct ongoing reassessment of patient care and revise the plan as needed.
  2. Use evidence-based practices to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
  3. Demonstrate patient advocacy by responding to patient care issues and collaborating with the healthcare team.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in nursing, or equivalent experience, is required.
  • Candidates must have 1 year of professional nursing experience and EPIC experience is highly preferred.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association is mandatory.

Working at Kinetix:

  • We offer an estimated salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
