Ambulatory Care Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Texas Children's Outpatient Specialty Care Clinic Cy-Fair. As an Ambulatory Care Nurse Specialist, you will provide exceptional patient care and play a vital role in the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct and telephone nursing care to patients, including health teaching, patient advocacy, supervision, and coordination of care given by others.
- Develop and continuously update individualized plans for patients seeking care for health promotion, malignance, or situational problems.
- Prioritize interventions and implement plans of care in partnership with patients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Associates Degree with BSN program acceptance/enrollment and agreement.
- Verified BSN-equivalency or signed agreement.
- Current licensure with the Board of Nursing for the State of Texas or Nurse Licensure Compact.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association required.
- At least 1 year of professional nursing experience.
- EPIC experience highly preferred.
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.
