About the Role

This position involves providing leadership and daily direction to the healthcare team in delivering high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient flow, assisting with patient care, and ensuring that patients receive the best possible service.

  • Develop and implement plans to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

  • Maintain accurate records and reports to support quality improvement initiatives
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • RN licensure in the state of Washington or Multistate Nurse Licensure Compact (SSB 5499)
  • Previous experience in an ambulatory care setting or specialized experience relevant to the department
