Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a U-Haul Customer Care Representative. As a CCR, you will be responsible for delivering U-Box containers to customers and ensuring that they receive friendly and courteous service.

Responsibilities
  • Operate a flatbed truck and transport U-Box containers to and from customers' homes and businesses.
  • Load and unload storage containers for delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customers are satisfied with their experience.
Requirements
  • Clean motor vehicle driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Department of Transportation certification.
  • Commercial driver's license (CDL).
Work Environment

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts, machines, fumes or chemicals. May be required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields.

Physical Demands

The work requires some physical exertion, such as long periods both indoors and outdoors while remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted.
