Mining Services Aftermarket Sales Specialist

Bosch Rexroth is seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our growing team as a Mining Services Aftermarket Sales Specialist.
About the RoleThis role will work out of a Regional Sales Office or Home Office depending on location. Home Office locations must be within 50 miles of a major metropolitan airport.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and manage dedicated Mining Services sales.
- Analyze market potential and map, define strategic approach, and describe business model.
- Manage all aspects of the MRO sales cycle within the US territory, including defining target customers, preparing an annual sales forecast, and maintaining monthly or quarterly rolling forecasts.
- Plan, implement, and document customer visits, identify potential, and follow up on necessary activities.
- Achieve sales growth targets for Rexroth Hydraulic Aftermarket products by performing sales calls on 20-30 target accounts with installed Rexroth products or competitors' products.
- Develop close contact to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Actively and aggressively pursue new MRO business growth by developing "Discovery accounts" (calls on unlisted accounts) each year.
- Provide hydraulic technical & applications expertise and commercial support.
- Proactively address and resolve customer issues, with management support.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or in a technical field with 5 years of relevant Mining Services sales experience, OR Associate's Degree in a technical field with 7 years of relevant Mining Services sales experience, or High School diploma* plus 10 years of relevant Mining Services sales experience.
- Work experience in either Regional sales, Aftermarket sales, or a Key market segment.
- Travel required – approximately 50% annually.
- Must possess sufficient motor ability to safely work in a manufacturing environment which requires the ability to ascend and descend machinery, multiple flights of stairs, and step ladders.
- Basic Fluid Power Knowledge preferred.
- Able to lift, carry, and move objects of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong negotiating, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications: PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Motivated self-starter with strong prioritization skills and to work independently.
