Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our growing team as a Mining Services Aftermarket Sales Specialist. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing dedicated Mining Services sales in the US territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our Aftermarket products into Maintenance, Repairs, and Operations (MRO) in end users' customers, OEMs' services, Resellers, and other sales channels.
  • Manage all aspects of the MRO sales cycle, including defining target customers, preparing annual sales forecasts, and maintaining monthly or quarterly rolling forecasts.
  • Plan, implement, and document customer visits, identifying potential, and following up on necessary activities.
  • Achieve sales growth targets for Rexroth Hydraulic Aftermarket products by performing sales calls on 20-30 target accounts with installed Rexroth products or competitors' products.
  • Develop close contact to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, executive management, senior engineering, and technical personnel.
  • Provide hydraulic technical and applications expertise and commercial support to customers.
  • Proactively address and resolve customer issues with management support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or a technical field with 5 years of relevant Mining Services sales experience, or Associate's Degree in a technical field with 7 years of relevant Mining Services sales experience, or High School diploma* plus 10 years of relevant Mining Services sales experience.
  • Work experience in Regional sales, Aftermarket sales, or a Key market segment.
  • Travel required - approximately 50% annually.
  • Must possess sufficient motor ability to safely work in a manufacturing environment.
  • Basic Fluid Power Knowledge preferred.
  • Able to lift, carry, and move objects of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong negotiating, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications: PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Motivated self-starter with strong prioritization skills and to work independently.
