Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $60,000-$80,000, depending on experience, plus a generous benefits package.

Job Description

This role involves providing fast and effective technical assistance on computer systems, answering queries on basic technical issues, and offering advice to solve them. The ideal candidate will have good technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a customer-oriented environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, along with 1 year of IT experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Hardware troubleshooting/repair experience, including PCs, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Knowledge of mobile applications, computers and electronics, client email support, software support, remote user support, and hardware troubleshooting/repair.
  • Ability to travel as needed, with a valid driver's license required.
