Role Overview

As a Senior Business Program Manager, you will spearhead initiatives that enhance our end-to-end Artificial Intelligence (AI) supply chain. This position provides a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of cloud supply chain dynamics while applying lean methodologies to identify and implement process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional projects aimed at accelerating live capacity.
  • Analyze data to present insights and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Facilitate discussions with leadership to inform decision-making through comprehensive pros and cons analyses.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to design and execute programs from inception to completion.

Essential Activities

  • Define strategic objectives and scope to enhance key operational areas.
  • Work collaboratively to determine necessary actions for mainstreaming functional areas.
  • Create essential documentation, including problem statements, process maps, and performance indicators.
  • Conduct thorough cost-benefit analyses to assess performance and uncover risks and opportunities.
  • Draft business requirements for technical teams to implement system enhancements.
  • Develop and execute a communication strategy to ensure stakeholder engagement and support.
  • Monitor program status and risks, ensuring accountability and adherence to timelines.

Success Metrics

Establish and track performance metrics that define program success, providing regular updates to leadership and influencing organizational change.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field, along with 8+ years of experience in program management or process improvement.
  • A minimum of 6 years of management experience across various domains.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in end-to-end supply chain management.
  • A mindset focused on continuous improvement and the ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Lean certifications (e.g., yellow, green, or black belt).
