Behavior Specialist

As a dedicated Behavior Specialist, you will play a crucial role in empowering individuals and their families through evidence-based interventions. We are seeking a BCBA to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence in the classroom.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Implement and oversee behavior intervention programs, ensuring fidelity and effectiveness.
- Collect and analyze data to measure progress and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals for consistent implementation of behavior plans.
- Stay up to date with research and best practices in behavior analysis and ABA therapy.
