**Key Responsibilities:**

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients and their families to identify behavioral health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to support children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.

**Requirements:**

Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families in a behavioral health setting.

Experience working in an IOP/PHP setting

Knowledge of general behavioral health issues and evidence-based treatments.

Proven ability to deliver high-quality, patient-centered therapy services.

Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and behavioral therapy techniques.

Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service, and managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Experience with crisis management and intervention services.

Proficiency in motivational interviewing and other evidence-based therapies.
