About the Role

Oklahoma's Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled Resolutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our phone center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service and contributing to the overall team effort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding member service and support
  • Fully understand and assist members in using credit union products and services
  • Contact delinquent accounts to request payment and schedule follow-up contact
  • Notify co-signers of delinquent accounts according to due dates
  • Initiate follow-up action on mail returned as undeliverable
  • Prepare correspondence on delinquent accounts that require special handling
  • Skip-trace accounts according to established practices
  • Research disputed delinquent account balances and correct errors
  • Refer additional products and services as appropriate
  • Ensure confidentiality regarding member transactions and information
  • Ensure compliance with all credit union policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience
  • Six months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Multi-lingual capabilities to include Spanish are a plus
