Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented individual with a passion for fitness and sales to join our team as a Membership Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new leads and convert them into memberships through effective sales strategies and techniques
  • Build relationships with potential members and provide them with information about our classes and membership options
  • Conduct tours of the studio and demonstrate the benefits of our classes
  • Assist with member onboarding and registration
  • Maintain a positive and friendly atmosphere for all members
Requirements
  • Prior experience in sales, preferably in the fitness industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Goal-oriented mindset and ability to meet sales targets
  • Knowledge and passion for fitness
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
