About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key store individuals, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-store visits to ensure Mondelēz products are well-represented, stocked, and maintained according to company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
  • Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
  • Work closely with merchandisers to ensure inventory is fully stocked, rotated, and presentable at all times.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Live within 50 miles of the primary location: Reno, NV, or secondary locations: Carson City, Fallon, Fernley, Sparks, NV, and South Lake Tahoe, CA.
  • Schedule availability required: Monday - Friday.
  • Must be open to relocation, outside of region, and outside of state, as necessary.
  • Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment and meet defined physical activities.
