Job Title: IT Asset Management Specialist

We are seeking an IT Asset Management Specialist to join our team at Tuknik Government Services. As an IT Asset Management Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to our customers in the management of their IT assets.

Job Summary:

The IT Asset Management Specialist will work closely with our customers to identify, track, and manage their IT assets. This includes providing training and support on the use of our asset management tools and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and guidance to customers on the management of their IT assets
  • Identify, track, and manage IT assets using our asset management tools and systems
  • Provide training and support on the use of our asset management tools and systems
  • Work closely with customers to identify and resolve IT asset-related issues
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of IT assets
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT asset management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of IT asset management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions:

This position is primarily based in Durham, NC, with occasional travel to other locations as needed.
