Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Manager Asset Protection to join our team at Walmart. This role will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of asset protection strategies to prevent theft and protect company assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement asset protection strategies to prevent theft and protect company assets
  • Lead the development and implementation of environmental health and safety programs
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize risk
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize supply chain operations
  • Provide training and coaching to associates on asset protection and environmental health and safety procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety Management, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in asset protection, environmental health and safety, or supply chain risk management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
