Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and responding to emails.
  • Coordinate appointments and events with staff and vendors.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Assist maintenance personnel with scheduling, inventory management, and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records, including calendars, expense reports, and equipment maintenance schedules.

Requirements
