Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Concierge Property Coordinator to join our team at Season to Season Contracting. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring the smooth operation of our properties.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and requests from residents, owners, and vendors in a timely and professional manner.

  • Coordinate maintenance and repair work with contractors and vendors, ensuring that all work is completed on schedule and within budget.

  • Process and track work orders, maintenance requests, and vendor payments.

  • Prepare and distribute necessary documentation, such as invoices, receipts, and reports.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident information, lease agreements, and property details.

  • Assist with special projects, such as move-in/move-out procedures, unit make-readies, and seasonal preparations.

  • Perform light administrative tasks, such as answering phones, taking messages, and ordering supplies.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience in property management, customer service, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
