Key Responsibilities

· Refine and integrate architectural designs that align with the organization's strategic goals (e.g., efficiency, dependability, scalability)

· Utilize expertise in domain-driven design principles to enhance conceptual and logical models, advocating for their organization-wide adoption in compliance with architectural standards, policies, and frameworks

· Develop comprehensive execution plans to implement recommendations for solution designs, ensuring adherence to architectural principles, policies, and frameworks

· Influence business strategies and operational models by providing insights on how enhanced end-to-end delivery capabilities can support business objectives

· Promote collaboration among diverse stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment of architectural standards and frameworks

· Deliver technical expertise and training opportunities to empower technical teams in the execution of solution designs

· Facilitate strategic communication regarding technical considerations and their implications to stakeholders, aiding in their understanding

· Maintain and utilize robust business networks to ensure ongoing alignment between business operations and IT strategy

· Contribute to and shape the development of the overall IT strategy and roadmap, proposing innovative solutions that further business objectives

· Assess emerging technologies and trends to help the organization sustain a competitive edge, fostering innovation within the company

Required Knowledge & Experience

· 10-12 years of experience in integrations and solution design

· Proven experience in architecting complex systems at both functional and enterprise levels

· Proficiency in technology integration and interface design between systems

· Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle Methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)

· Demonstrated experience with enterprise application integration and service-oriented architecture

· Comprehensive understanding of existing and emerging enterprise architecture principles, policies, standards, and frameworks

· Experience with Event Driven Architecture (EDA) and platforms such as Kafka, Azure Integration Services, Confluent, Solace, etc.

· Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD methodologies

· Background in cloud and infrastructure platforms to support high availability and resilience

· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

Technical Skills

· Cloud Technologies & Platforms, including infrastructure automation using Terraform, Puppet, or Ansible

· CI/CD processes, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps

· Understanding of integration tools like Talend/Informatica, Boomi, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory/Synapse

· Proficiency in Web Services, APIs, Microservices, and SOA

· Knowledge of Application and Data Architecture as it relates to Integration

· Familiarity with Project Management Methodologies

· Understanding of Architecture Governance & Standards

· Awareness of Solution Architecture Patterns

· Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Methodology

· Awareness of Emerging Technologies and Automation Tools

· Understanding of Change Management
