Position Overview
This seasonal role involves supporting the preparation and upkeep of our facilities and grounds for various events, ensuring a high standard of maintenance and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Facility Maintenance: Perform general upkeep of buildings and grounds, including cleaning, waste management, landscaping, and event setup.
- Equipment Operation: Utilize hand and power tools, tractors, and other machinery as required.
- Janitorial Duties: Maintain cleanliness in office spaces, restrooms, and public areas, ensuring a sanitary environment.
- Signage and Hospitality: Manage sign installation, tent setup, and other hospitality-related tasks to enhance event experiences.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical capability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong teamwork and independent working skills.
