About This Role

Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Box Office Representative to join our team. As a key member of our event operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a seamless experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell and collect admission tickets and passes from patrons at events, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
  • Greet guests attending events and provide clear directions to venue facilities, including restrooms, concession stands, and designated seats/sections.
  • Verify the authenticity of tickets and passes, using established criteria to ensure the integrity of our events.
  • Provide accommodations for guests with special needs, including offering assistance to individuals with mobility impairments.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to resolve guest concerns and ensure a positive experience for all attendees.
  • Participate in our venue's sustainability program, implementing initiatives to conserve resources and reduce waste.
  • Assist with event setup and teardown, including collecting recyclables and properly storing event equipment.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment, adhering to established safety protocols and reporting any concerns to management.
  • Guide guests to the nearest exit in case of an emergency, providing clear instructions and assistance as needed.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
