Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Parts Professional to join our team. As a key member of our parts sales team, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the parts they need to keep their equipment running, while also supporting the work of other departments in the dealership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide legendary customer service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Parts Sales: Perform counter sales, answer customer inquiries, and process daily parts orders and drop ship orders.
  • Order Fulfillment: Fill and prepare orders for shipment or customer pickup, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in addressing any discrepancies in parts inventory, ensuring that our stock levels are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Logistics: Determine the proper mode of transportation for parts shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Warehouse Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, including loading and unloading cargo using a forklift.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers, vendors, and customers.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to professionally manage difficult customer situations, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting required.
  • Computer Skills: Computer literate, with the ability to use software applications and systems to process orders and manage inventory.

Work Environment
