Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their specialized product needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our extensive range of products and services, including RV and camping equipment, to effectively recommend and sell to customers.
  • Installation Coordination: Work closely with our service team to schedule and coordinate installations, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, receiving and stocking parts as needed to meet customer demands.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and service goals, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive business success.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and move up to 50 pounds with assistive devices, as well as stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for extended periods.
