Job Title: Vice President of Marketing

Job Summary:

The Vice President of Marketing at Sutter Health is responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives to drive business growth and enhance the organization's brand reputation. This role requires a seasoned marketing professional with a strong track record of success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, managing cross-functional teams, and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and enhance the organization's brand reputation
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns, including advertising, digital marketing, and event marketing
  • Manage and analyze marketing budgets to ensure effective use of resources
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, customers, and partners
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing and apply this knowledge to drive business results

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, with a strong track record of success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive business results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience in healthcare marketing or a related field
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns, including advertising, digital marketing, and event marketing
  • Experience managing and analyzing marketing budgets
  • Strong knowledge of marketing analytics and data analysis
