Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Communications Manager to join our growing team in Sacramento, California. As a critical addition to our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and communications strategies to promote our brand and products. You will work closely with our Vice President of Business Development, CEO, and other senior executives to drive business growth and achieve our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing and communications strategies to promote our brand and products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve our mission
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and event planning
  • Develop and maintain our brand's online presence, including our website and social media channels
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of our marketing efforts and provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing and communications, preferably in cleantech, energy, or high-growth industries
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex engineering concepts into digestible marketing collateral
  • Experience working with brand growth in emerging or high-growth industries
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn and other social media platforms, with the ability to optimize post structures and analytics
