We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at Michael Page.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will have experience in commercial construction and a passion for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing office of a General Contractor, expanding into new markets with an exciting pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain adherence to safety standards and ensure required documentation is filed.
  • Assist in creating and managing project budgets for assigned projects.
  • Develop pre-construction RFP packages and assist in conducting project meetings, setting milestones, and formulating monthly owner reports.
  • Establish job processes, including approving pay applications and negotiating subcontract change orders.
  • Update project schedules, ensure quality control, and establish overall project logistics.
  • Assist in managing the closeout process and collaborate with the project superintendent and site operations team throughout the project's life cycle.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; four-year degree from an accredited university in construction, engineering, or business concentrations preferred.
  • 2-5 years' experience in commercial construction, including experience with a commercial general contractor.
  • Previous experience on commercial job sites and healthcare project experience required.
  • Possession of a strong passion for construction and the ability to recognize and seek quality.
  • Ability to master sector/project-specific software systems, including Microsoft Office suite, ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam, and JD Edwards.
