We are seeking a seasoned Senior Construction Manager to lead our Bay Area project team. As a key member of our Turner Construction team, you will oversee high-profile projects from planning through completion.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of construction processes, excellent communication skills, and a strong leadership style.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with architects, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, inspectors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues related to plans and specifications.
  • Oversee contract drawings and subcontract information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with estimates.
  • Manage project budgets and make decisions regarding contract changes.
  • Negotiate change orders and manage information on changes in the work.
  • Prepare final records for projects, including RFIs, close-out records, warranties, as-builts, O&Ms, and spare parts.
  • Supervise assistant engineers, engineering assistants, plan clerks, and interns, providing input on performance appraisals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree plus four years' experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and leading-edge technologies like BIM and LEAN.
  • Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules.
  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills, with occasional travel required.
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is estimated to be $95,000.00 - $117,000.00 annualized, reflecting the senior-level responsibilities and qualifications required.
