As a Senior Construction Project Director, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning and Coordination: Develop project plans, establish timelines, and allocate resources to meet client expectations.
  2. Team Leadership: Directly supervise Assistant Project Managers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure project success.
  3. Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with clients, project stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  4. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring project compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements
