Process Safety Specialist II

Clearwater Paper and Manchester Industries is seeking a highly skilled Process Safety Specialist II to join our team. As a key member of our safety management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe operation of our manufacturing processes and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement Process Safety Management (PSM) programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and process hazard analyses to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement safety improvements and ensure effective communication of safety information.
- Develop and maintain safety procedures, training programs, and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science, safety, or engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a safety management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM) regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
