Sizemore Inc. is seeking experienced recruiters for our cleaning service operations.

Position Overview: The Recruitment Specialist II will oversee the complete recruitment process in a high-demand environment, while also developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain skilled personnel. It is crucial that the Recruitment Specialist II embodies and promotes Sizemore's core values of Flexibility, Improvement, Reliability, Safety, and Teamwork in their daily responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, candidate evaluation, engagement, interviewing, and onboarding across various organizational locations.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and thoughtful updates throughout the recruitment journey.


  • Manage job postings both internally and externally for open roles.
  • Identify and engage potential candidates through various job boards, networking events, and career fairs.
  • Submit candidate profiles to relevant personnel for consideration.
  • Utilize Sizemore's applicant tracking system to streamline the recruitment workflow.
  • Organize hiring events and activities.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and establish qualification criteria for prospective employees.
  • Lead recruitment initiatives for new operational sites.
  • Administer necessary assessments and screenings.
  • Stay informed about the company's organizational structure, personnel policies, and applicable employment laws.
  • Work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements to increase service efficiency and productivity.
  • Uphold Sizemore's policies and procedures as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Exhibit professionalism and a commitment to service through appropriate conduct.
  • Demonstrate patience, enthusiasm, and diplomacy in all interactions.
  • Show initiative and sound judgment in evaluating situations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and prioritization abilities.
  • Capable of working independently, comprehending detailed instructions, and processing information accurately.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
Working Environment:

  • Predominantly office-based work in a climate-controlled setting.
  • Extended periods of sitting at a desk.
  • Minimal travel to client sites.
